| On Thursday mornings I look after a friend of mine's 2.5yr old daughter while she gets busy making jewellery to sell at the market. Well, she dropped off her daughter this morning and also dropped off a stunning glass pendant that she had made with three 'x's on it! I took a photo but I can't get the pics off my camera for some reason It's all plugged in and switched on but nothing is happening So when I get that sorted out, I'll show you my new piece of jewellery Cas

| Finally managed to get a pic on the net: going to try follow Shelley's thumbnail instructions.... The quality isn't the best because I did it on my puter camera but I really like the pendant!! Cas | |

| Ok, I asked my friend and she said that she'd be more than happy to make up some pendants The 'X's can be done in blue (pictured), pink, green or silver and the chain can be stirling silver (pictured) or neoprene? (that black surf band type?). Pendant on silver chain = $65 Pendant on black band = $55 Let me know if you want any and I'll pass it on. She's going away in about 3wks for a few weeks... Cas | |

| It's lovely. Do 3 X's denote DS in some way? First I have heard of this, educate me, lol. | |

| Oh just that it's trisomy It may be a loose link but I 'commissioned' my friend to make a glass pendant using 3 x's because there's 3 x 21st chromosomes When ppl comment on how lovely it is, I just say, "It's my trisomy necklace because it shows that Jirah has an extra chromosome but she's still beautiful" hehehe Cas | |

| I have a friend who makes jewellery out of polymer clay and was thinking of asking her to make me some advocacy jewellery. I just don't know what?! Was thinking another pendant, or some earrings, even thinking about some buttons that I could sew onto any clothes I make Jirah. A keyring would also be handy. Also unsure about WHAT to have i.e. T21 or what? I need some ideas Thanks Cas P.S. You can view her work at: http://polyclarific.com/polyclarific-products/ | |

| Actually I think the sky may have something to do with it. Like reach for the sky, sky is the limit, etc. ie there are no limits on someone just cos they have DS. I may be way off, but that's what I thought. | |
