I don't know. We can pray. I just can't believe people do these things - that the parents would do it and that doctors are prepared to do this These people are not told accurate things about DS - I am sure. I wasn't but I am not into murdering children. I know these are strong words but this breaks my heart. In this situation two babies died for no good reasn.

That is so incredibly sad. Hopefully this will put more people off having selective abortions if nothing else.

This is another reason why we started the charity.
Our pamphlets (containing information about DS, local services, family contacts and eventually our Down syndrome center details) will be distributed to every Dr, hospital, medical centers etc in our lovel govt. area. Giving people some FACTS and numbers they can call for support and education to help them make the right decision for them based on their own knowledge, not pressure from Dr's or anyone else.

This is disgusting! I honestly don't know how those parents live with themselves, or the Dr for that matter. That's just me, and I respect anyone's choice that is different to mine as long as it's an educated one, not one made out of fear and lack of knowledge.
