THURSDAY, noon: Veteran Down's syndrome swimmer Richard Hudson's remarkable international career hit new heights last week with selection for the World Championships at the age of 40.
At an age where most international athletes have long since retired, the Melton man was selected for the British team for this year's global event just days after his milestone birthday.

Richard will be almost 41 when he competes at the Down's Syndrome World Swimming Championships in Portugal and is expected to be twice the age of most of the competitors...
