"Be my brother"

This is the short film that won tropfest this year (was presented last night I think). I don't know anything about it, but just saw on the news that it is about a boy with Down syndrome, and the lead actor (who of course has DS!) also won best actor. He looked terrific.

I would love to know how I could view this film. Has anyone seen it? Anyone know?

it was interesting, I'll have to watch it again, I don't know what the subject was for this year but you can watch all the finalists through ninemsn. there are usually some very intesting ones, Coral

Thanks Coral That was bloody fantastic!!! I think it also really highlights the impact that our kids with DS have on their siblings, for Geneveive to choose it as her movie subject. What a great message it has sent to the world. I just love how he weaved his way into Amanda's heart, this is something I see Andy do time and time again with strangers no inhibitions, it's great !!
