Nikki: 42 weeks, 18 hour labour, face up presentation 3.37kg
Stef: 38 weeks, contractions for 3 days but 3 hour productive labour, breech presentation 2.72kg

Joel: 40 weeks, induced on due date, 3 hour labour, normal presentation 4.08kg

Talitha: 36 weeks, emergency c-section, breech/transverse :babyflip:2.37kg

Mine as follows:

#1 40 + 10 8 pounds 1 ounce, 17 hours, induced, many stiches
#2 40 + 10 8 pounds, 2 ounces, 1 hour 27 minutes, induced, some stiches
#3 40 + 10 induced, 8 pound 15, 20 minutes, induced, operating theatre for repair of pelvic floor
#4 (Georgia with DS), 40 + 12, just over an hour, induced, 9 pound 10 ounces, NO STICHES. Biggest by far, and no stiches. Go figure

Trilby was a planned caesarean at 39 weeks and weighed 4.3kg.

Akira was born at 38 weeks if you can possibly say it - it was a lovely delivery. Birth centre standing up leaning onto a double bed. The midwife caught her and my husband helped out - she had a short cord. She was beautiful - looked just like my first born boy (4y). She was on oxygen for a while and then the steady stream of paediatrician's came through. She weighed 3.620 and was 47 cms. Spent 1st 4 days in special care then to our room before home. She is slow to put on weight and even now at 16 months only just weighs on 8kgs.

My babies:

Izabella - born at 42 weeks, 8lb 11oz (c/s)
Matthew - born at 38 weeks, 9lb 13oz (c/s)
Xavier - born at 40 weeks, 8lb 12oz (c/s)

Matthew was my biggest baby, born 2 weeks early and he is the one that has Down Syndrome!

Hannah was born at 40 weeks + 1 day by emergency c/section due to my waters breaking and then fetal distress. She was 8lb 4 oz and 53 cm long.

My other 2:
Stephanie: 37 weeks emer c/s 6lb 9oz and 51 cm long
Xavier: 38 weeks planned c/s 8lb and 50cm long.

Hannah is now tall for her age, is average height on the "normal" growth charts and well above the 90th percentile on the DS growth charts.

Blake was born unexpectedly at 37 weeks + 4 days. Ob sent me for a scan as she suspected that my placenta had shrunk. Scan confirmed that only 30% of food/blood was actually getting to Blake (maybe that is why he is such a bad eater now??) so they sent me back to Ob who told me to be back at the hospital within an hour for emergency caesar. So 0 hrs labour.

Blake was born at 2.26kg (5 pounds on the nose), 47cm long and I think a head circumference of 33 cm. Funnily enough he was often referred to as the giant of the special care nursery because most of the twins born around the same time were <2kg??

LOL, I know what you mean about being the giant of the special care nursery. Georgia was in the hospital where I gave birth, in special care for 9 days, and it is a low level special care, can only take babies that are 33 weekers onwards, so none of the babies there were very sick, usually just TINY. There was a couple whose baby was in the cot next to Georgia, and she was born at 36 weeks, which is not a bad gestation, but at 5 pounds or so, she was TINY. And there was Georgia, an enormous 9 pound 10. I was almost grateful when another baby came in with unstable blood sugars (his mother had gestational diabetes I would think..) and he was an astonishing 11 POUNDS.

Paige was in special care and apparently she was the biggest baby there All the others were prems or smaller than her!

Hayden is my only baby he came in weighing exactly 10 pounds 55 cm long 35.5 cm head circumference, sending me to theatre to have over 25 stitches. he was twice the size as all of the babys in the special care nursery. he is only 1 month and allready weighs 5 kg he is my big boy.

Tuscan was born at 39 weeks exactly.

5hr labour, mum was amazing, dad watched in awe.

Wow, he is was the same as Thaya. Length 50cms (she is now 79cms), Weight was 3.65kg and head about the same as Tuscan's. 5 hour labour you are a star, I had a c-section. Dad, glad to hear you were witness to an amazing event

Rose is 1 on the 3rd jan (10 mths corrected) & weighs 5.7kgs getting chubby lol
