I found this book to bea useful refresher - I think if you haven't had exposure to signing but were starting to use it - this would be a fabulous resource. NSW DSA run workshops by Aileen Ryan from time to time.

We've got out the "Makaton Nursery Rhymes" video from DSAWA at the moment. It's great because all the kids join in with the signing and best of all it has Peter Combe singing his own songs and signing them!!

Hi i did Aileen ryans signing coarse when samantha was 3 it really inspired me to learn sign but also encourage samantha to talk even now , samantha being almost 12, she sometimes uses signs For drink, and more!!!! so i definatley recommend signing..

Cas - we used to borrow a signing video when Andy was younger, from our ei group. I loved it! and so did Cleo and Lachie. It used to amaze me that Andy could sign and sing a song, but he couldn't put a sentence together!
