The cutie is starting to realise what fame is all about as people recognise her from the hundreds of posters splashed around The Children's Hospital at Westmead.
Serena, from Kellyville, was already well known by hospital staff - as it has become her second home since she was born.
Now, as the official poster girl for Bandage Bear Day, Serena has a cast of patients and doctors wanting to meet the ambassador.
