- Clinton Stanley competed at the Sporting Wheelies State Swimming Championships at Chandler recently and set three new Down Syndrome world records in the age 25-35 years age group.
The events were 400m freestyle, 100m freestyle and the 100m butterfly.
He was also the anchorman in the open 4x50m medley relay, which set a world record, bringing his tally of four for the day.
Meanwhile, Clinton competed in the two-day long course state masters championships at Chandler last weekend, winning two gold and one silver medal.
He set a new Down Syndrome world record for the 25-35 age group 200m butterfly with a five-second personal best of 3.39.44.
