Her 13-year-old son Vincenzo is living proof. In the past year he's achieved a huge package of goals. It took a lot of diligent practise, but he learnt to swim. He learnt to ride a bike. And he also learnt to ride a horse, overcoming his initial fear of horses. And he dances. He tells his mum it's important to be fit and healthy, so all those physical skills are part of the plan.
